Haus Servus is a beautiful and quiet chalet with all luxury amenities. It is a "NEW" fully detached chalet for up to 10 people. You only occupy the whole, privacy guaranteed.

Haus Servus is very sunny. The hiking trails and cross country ski trails start directly at the chalet. From the large balcony you have an enchanting view over the beautiful Austrian mountains. Ground floor: On the ground floor a beautiful spacious hall, the ski storage with convenient system for skis, a dryer for the ski boots for always delicious dry warm shoes. Beautiful spacious living room with TV, DVD player, 2 lovely spacious relaxbanks, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities, including a dishwasher and oven, a spacious dining table with nice large dining table. Fireplace (wood available at the Spar). Plenty of hanging space for gloves, jackets and ski suits. A bedroom with a double bed, followed by a shower. Also a separate toilet.

Upper floor: On the 1st floor 1 large (children's) bedroom with bunk bed + double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with double washbasin, lovely large bath, separate large shower and a separate toilet. From the large balcony you have a beautiful view over the mountains. Furthermore, a large covered carport for 2 cars at the chalet. Bed linen rental possible. Final cleaning is mandatory. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
